On 14th April (afternoon), UAL with the UK Research Office in Brussel (UKRO) is organizing a workshop for UAL academics on H2020 funding opportunities.
The UK Research Office (UKRO) is the European office of the UK Research Councils. It delivers a subscription-based advisory service for HEIs and research organisations and provides National Contact Point services on behalf of the UK Government for the H2020 Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions and the ERC programmes. UKRO’s mission is to maximise UK engagement in EU-funded research, innovation and higher education activities.
This bespoke event is meant to provide an overview of the opportunities for arts, design and humanities across the Horizon 2020 programmes, with a special focus on Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions for the mobility and career development of researchers and on European Research Council grants for frontier research.
The event will conclude with a session on how to network and built a EU profile for influencing funders and positioning competitively within the EU arena.
UAL is member of UKRO as we invite you to register in the portal. If you have problem with the registration please let us know. The registration works only if you are using your institutional email. https://www.ukro.ac.uk/aboutukro/Pages/register.aspx
This event is meant for capacity building and leveraging ambitions of the UAL research community. Your participation is highly valued.
The event will be hosted by CSM at the Lecture Theatre from to 14.00-17.30 (exact time to be confirmed in subsequent communications).
