Gilchrist-Fisher Award 2018.

Entries on the broad theme of landscape are now welcome from artists who will be under the age of 30 on 1st January 2018. 

The parameters of the Award embrace all aspects of landscape art, excluding video and installation for practical reasons.

A shortlist of six finalists will be selected in June 2017 to produce work for an exhibition early in 2018 at the Rebecca Hossack Art Gallery in London when a winner will be decided. Judges for the prize are Harry Cory-Wright, landscape photographer, Laura Ford, sculptor and Elizabeth Magill, landscape painter.  The Award is a single winner’s prize of £6000.

Please circulate this message to any eligible artists you think might be interested in entering. The deadline for entries is 1st June 2017. Entrants must be under 30 on 1st January 2018.
